Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 14 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and the selected shipping method.
Worldwide Delivery We ship to customers worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Europe: 5–14 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–30 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, local postal services, or other factors beyond our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (if available for your shipping method). For orders shipped to the United States, a tracking number is assigned only within the country. Until the package arrives in the USA, no separate tracking number is provided.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at the email address listed in our store's contact information.
